HIU Repair & Service
Greenford (UB6)

If you live in a flat or apartment in Greenford (UB6), your heating and hot water most likely come from a Heat Interface Unit (HIU) rather than a traditional boiler. HIUs connect individual flats to a communal or district heat network — and when they develop a fault, you need a specialist engineer, not a standard plumber.

Net-Plumbers provides expert HIU repair, servicing and maintenance across Greenford and the wider West London area. Our engineers are trained specifically on HIU systems from all major manufacturers, including Danfoss, Evinox, Intatec, Altecnic, SAV Systems, Switch2 and many more. We carry common spare parts in our vans and aim to complete most repairs on the first visit.

Whether you're a tenant with no hot water, a landlord needing annual HIU servicing for compliance, or a managing agent responsible for a block of flats in UB6, we offer fast, reliable service with full documentation. Same-day appointments are available for emergency breakdowns, and all work is backed by a 12-month parts and labour guarantee.

Unlike many boiler companies that lack HIU experience, we understand the unique fault patterns of heat interface units — from blocked plate heat exchangers and faulty control valves to sensor failures and pressure issues. If you've been told "nothing is wrong" by a standard plumber, it's likely because they couldn't find a boiler. Always use an HIU specialist.
